Returns & Refunds policy

Stone Creek Vessels is an Art Studio that crafts stone cast / cement vessels per order. Vessels are not pulled from inventory, vessels are created when an order is placed on our website therefore all orders are custom made per order. That said we do not accept returns at this time as each vessel is made at the customers request.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, for an order placed you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement AND your request must be received prior to the order being made in our studio. Once the order is made cancellations are not accepted.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we accept to process a cancellation should one be granted. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement with the exception of the charges incurred by the payment processor.

Conditions for returns should a return be granted:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

• The goods are in the original packaging

• The goods may not be used in any way and must show no wear of use

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

• The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address and prior authorization must be approved and an RMA number must be issued:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Stone Creek Vessels — Damaged Product Credit & Refund Policy

At Stone Creek Vessels, every order is carefully inspected and packaged before leaving our facility. Because our vessels are handcrafted from concrete materials, occasionally an item may be damaged while in transit despite our best efforts to package it securely.

We understand how disappointing it is to receive a damaged product, and we want to make resolving the issue simple and fair.

Reporting a Damaged Item

If an item arrives damaged, please contact Stone Creek Vessels within 5 calendar days of delivery.

To process a damage claim, we ask that you provide:

• Your order number

• The name and quantity of the damaged item(s)

• Clear photographs showing the damage

• A photograph of the shipping box and packaging

• A photograph of the shipping label, when requested

Please retain the damaged item and original packaging until your claim has been reviewed. We may request additional photographs or information to document damage with the shipping carrier.

Your Choice: Store Credit or Refund

Once the damage has been verified, Stone Creek Vessels will provide your choice of:

1. Stone Creek Vessels Store Credit

Receive a credit for the purchase price of the verified damaged item(s). The credit can be applied toward a future Stone Creek Vessels order.

OR

2. Refund for the Damaged Item(s)

Receive a refund for the purchase price of the verified damaged item(s). When available and agreed upon, refunds may be issued through Zelle. Where required by the original payment method, marketplace, payment processor, or applicable rules, the refund will be processed through the appropriate original payment channel.

Replacement Shipments

Due to the substantial weight of many of our handcrafted concrete vessels and the high cost associated with reshipping individual items, Stone Creek Vessels does not routinely ship replacement products for carrier-damaged items.

Our standard resolution for verified shipping damage is therefore a store credit or refund for the affected item(s).

This allows us to resolve damage claims quickly while continuing to offer our handcrafted vessels at competitive prices.

Partial Damage

If only a portion of an order is damaged, the credit or refund applies only to the verified damaged item(s). Items received in acceptable condition are not eligible for a refund as part of the damage claim.

Original shipping charges are generally not refundable when the remainder of the shipment was successfully delivered, except where required by law or the applicable sales/payment platform.

Handmade Product Variations

Stone Creek Vessels products are handcrafted. Natural variations in color, texture, finish, small air pockets, surface characteristics, and other minor cosmetic differences may occur from vessel to vessel.

These characteristics are part of the handcrafted nature of our products and are not considered shipping damage or manufacturing defects unless they materially affect the vessel's intended use.

Important

Please do not discard a damaged item or its packaging until Stone Creek Vessels confirms that your claim has been completed. In some cases, the shipping carrier may require photographs, inspection, or retention of the damaged merchandise.

Stone Creek Vessels reserves the right to review and verify all damage claims before issuing a credit or refund.
